Health Safety and Environment Specialist HVACR Test for Ductwork

The CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) Ductwork test is designed to build awareness of the standards of work practises related to ducts and is part of the HVACR scheme.

HVACR stands for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

What does the CITB Ductwork test involve?

This a 45min touch-screen examination consisting of 46 questions. The candidate must answer 39 questions correctly in order to pass the examination and qualify.

Which CSCS card will I receive if I pass the CITB Ductwork test?

The Ductwork Card is not part of the CSCS scheme. However, candidates must still complete the CITB ductwork test before applying for a ductwork card which is part of another scheme.

Who is required to take the CITB Ductwork test?

All workers who are dealing with construction site ductworks must take this test.
